    delicious i did a little less salt and i also dispersed the seasonings all through the meat with my hands before marinading it and the flavor was spot on love it thank you so much. i really appreciate it when people give a recipe thats not missing something

    The seasoning is perfect for homemade gyros. It would even be good on beef. Really gives you the taste from a greek restaurant.
