- 400 mL coconut milk
- 600 mL chicken stock
- 250 grams baby spinach leaves
- 1 pomegranate (seeded)
- 200 grams yoghurt (plain)

Delicous, next time put less chilli powder and add baby potatoes. On the side Fried Honey banana (or Ciabata)

Brilliant, the pomegranate seeds are an interesting,if somewhat unusual addition. Would like a bit more heat but will add additional chilies next time round. Great recioe
