My husband and I love lamb burgers. This is the second time I have made this recipe, just a couple of tweaks. I did not have fresh oregano, used 2 tsp of dried. Did not have dill, did not use and for the mint, I used 1 tbsp Colman Mint Sauce. This is the most delicious recipe, will enjoy it many more times. Thanks for the awesome recipe.

We really like this recipe. The spices are great in the burger and sauce. Because of the water content of the cucumber and some yogurts I usually put one or the other in a coffee filter inside of a strainer to allow some of the water content to drain. I keep the spicing the same. It makes a thicker sauce.

Love this recipe! I have been making lamb burgers for years and the seasoning in this recipe really enhances the flavor.

This was a delicious burger. It was very juicy and flavourful. I made zucchini fries with it with a pesto yogurt dipping sauce.

Bomb, I didn’t use the onion after reading reviews. I forgot to put the red chili flacks, but I think it was good without it.

Tasty, moist, delicious! I used green onions instead of red, and dried spices because I had them on hand. The fresh lemon and mint added a real lift that was noticeable without being overpowering. I would definitely make these burgers again!

Great burgers and sauce. Will hold the onions next time. So it will hold together better
