I have celiac and modified the recipe by using almond flour. The ingredients are all the same but the cooking time increases to about 12-14 minutes until they are light golden brown. You then take them out of the oven, let them cool fully, remove them from the parchment paper, put them bottom side up on the tray and bake them for another 4-6 minutes to let the bottom crisp. They are fantastic and, in my opinion, taste better than wheat-based lady fingers. I have also been using Lakanto sugar and this works fine with these. After I make my tiramisu I take the remaining cookies and drizzle them with tempered chocolate. My husband and friends go nuts over these. Yum!

WOW! Amazing recipe for ladyfingers. I followed up with the tiramisu recipe and it blew my family away! I am not normally a lover of tiramisu, but this was so rich and decadent I am a fan for life!
