- 40 grams soya (mince)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 bay leaf (large)
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 600 mL soya milk (unsweetened)
- 40 grams plain flour
- 50 grams vegan margarine
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 3/4 lasagne (sheets ~ depending on size of dish)
- 2 tsp. nutritional yeast (for construction of the lasagne)

I added more herbs and spices to my taste and fresh lasagne instead of dried. This is a very tasty vegan dish that also got a huge thumbs up from the meat eaters I made it for! It got the comment "I had no idea vegan food could be this good!"
