The recipe itself is pretty good, but I think the nutritional and calorie estimates are way off unless my organic Lupin flour and eggs are the wrong kind? How does the recipe serve 1 person with 81 cal when the egg itself has 70 calories? It’s really great for good protein and managing carbs, but validate your calories and nutrients before meal planning.
MyFitnessPal gave me the following estimates when I loaded the recipe:
150 cal, fat: 8g, carbs: 12.5 (5g fiber, net 7.5g), protein: 14.8.
My ingredients: cage-free egg (large), Lupin flour (Lodi Farms), FairLife ultrafiltered milk (whole), pinch of sea salt and a little olive oil on pan (small ant)
