Turned out great, made it several times.
Only thing I changed was omitting the mushrooms. First time, followed recipe, after that, didn't add them. Love mushrooms, but not in this recipe.

This recipe may not be a light choice as a way to prepare cauliflower, but worth every calorie! Made this dish for a family get together and everyone loved it, even the kids. Wouldn't change a thing.
