- 3/4 cup purple cabbage (shredded)

- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper (thinly sliced and de-seeded, unless you want some extra kick in which case leave the seeds be!)
- 1/3 cup lime juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 3/4 cup masa

- 2 portobello mushrooms (large)

- 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
