- 3 limoncello (clear mounted Half a Tablespoon of)
- 85 grams sugar ( The Zest of a Lemon, optional)
- 200 mL syrup (to set)
- 2 Tbsp. limoncello (for the Syrup)
- 325 mL lemon curd
