- 1 Tbsp. tamari
- 1 tsp. agave nectar
- 1/2 tsp. black rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
- 1 tsp. cornflour
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. peanut oil (or vegetable oil)
- 5 sweetcorn (baby, cut into bite size pieces)
- 50 grams cashews (toasted in a dry pan)
- 1 carrot (medium, cut into batons)
- 1 onion (medium, chopped)
- 1 tsp. garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. ginger (minced)
- 3 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp. black rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. caster sugar
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 chilli (chopped, optional)
- 1 tsp. corn flour (mixed with a little water)
