- 2 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
- 1 fresh ginger (thumb-sized piece of, peeled and grated)
- 1/2 tsp. peppers (ground sechuan, optional – for those of you who like it hotter)
- 3 chicken breasts (chopped into bite size pieces)
- 1 tsp. cornflour (/cornstarch)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 8 chilli peppers (Dry Whole)
- 2 red bell pepper (chopped into squares)
- 1 courgette (medium sized, /zucchini chopped into chunks)
- 12 spring onions (/scallions chopped roughly)
- 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts (or cashews if you prefer)

So good! I cook my veggies first and set them aside, then I cook the chicken, add the veggies back and mix the sauce in. I omit the chilies and use red pepper flakes on individual plates. I only use 1 tbs of sugar since the hoisin sauce is sweet. Could probably cut it out altogether. I add fresh green beans to the veggie mix if I have them. Wonderful!

Good. Wish I had some cashew but it was delicious despite the omission. I made the housin first and that made the prep tedious. My lady was unusually complementary 😆👌

absolutely delicious. i made two versions of this one veggie and one with chicken. i added baby sweetcorn in. yummy💚
