- 2 large bell peppers

- peanuts (for garnish, optional)
- green onion (for garnish, optional)
- cooked rice (serve on, or noodles, or no carbs if you are in to that sort of thing)

Very tasty… I had to modify it a little as I didn’t have rice wine vinegar want to remake it with recommended ingredients
