- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil (or regular sesame oil, I prefer the toasted)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh garlic (Minced or grated)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (Grated)
- 2 tsp. Chinese 5 spice
- 2 Tbsp. low sodium tamari sauce
- 2 tsp. pure maple syrup (or desired sweetener)
- 2 tsp. hot chili oil (gluten-free)
- 4 green onions (thinly sliced, plus some for topping)
- 1 1/2 cups snow peas (trimmed)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (or red, cut into thin strips)
- 8 oz. firm tofu (cut into 1-inch cubes, optional)
