- 2 oz. white chocolate (chopped fine or use chips, I doubled up on the dark chocolate as I am not a huge fan of white chocolate)
- 1/4 cup toasted nuts (chopped, pistachios and almonds work b)
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (chopped, apricots, craisins)
