Ok. Was tender and pretty good but fairly bland. Don’t think I’d go through the effort of making this again on my smoker. Did not have the pungent flavor of real Korean chicken.

We used chicken breasts instead of drumsticks. The marinade has a great flavor and the chicken stayed perfectly juicy. Will definitely make again.
