I actually used 4#s of thin shredded ribey and tripled the ingredients. One thing I would change is the soy sauce that I used. It was very salty. I would make this again and use reduced sodium instead.

taists great! for a less sweet taist I cut down on the amount of suger. I also substituted the white rice for brown rice. was great with cabbage.

I have made this recipe before,as well as taste an authentic version of this. The flavors ended up a bit too sweet and not to where the flavor should have been. The smell is lovely, but the flavor is off.

This was great! i did add the whites of 1 scallion to the marinade and marinated it for 2.5hrs. Going to try 24 hours next time. Served it with rice and butter lettuce to make wraps as my favorite Korean BBQ restaurant does here. Getting Gochujang paste to add to the wraps or rice mix makes all the difference. True authentic Bugolgi taste.

Delicious. We used sirloin steak and brown sugar and added ginger. We had white rice and the good ramen noodles with it!

Awesome! I can tell if I spend more time marinating it next time it’ll be even better but even after an hour it was delicious!

Awesome recipe, the base marinade is really good! Second time I added pepper flakes because I like some heat. If you can source some kimchi and Gochujang they pair heavenly with it. I’ve never had Bulgogi in Korea so I can’t compare but stand alone this is a very good and easy dish.

Awesome, my husband and kids loved it. I cut the level of sugar a bit, but it was still very tasty.

It was amazing! I rated it a 4 because my husband thought it was too much pepper. This is a keeper!!!!

Excellent! 😋 I left the meat marinating just for a couple of hours and the meat was very flavorful. I cannot wait to make it again! Thank you!

This bulgogi was fantastic and my whole family loved it. Definitely will make it again. I added the red pepper as suggested in the other reviews and definitely made it much better
