YUM! Served up with some kimchi and fresh sliced green onions and red cabbage. Delicious

Delicious. Also cut the sugar as suggested. Added some Chile garlic sauce, thinly sliced chard and shredded carrot to give it additional texture and color. Will make again.

We like it. Used 1/3 C sugar, increased chili pepper flakes, added lime juice. Took about 30 min to make .

Tasted good! I used 1/3 cup brown sugar based on previous reviewers, and it was good, but I bet I would have liked it with the full 1/2 cup. Came together easily - made for a good weeknight meal.

i added mirin, lime, and korean chilli paste instead of chilli flakes, i also upped the ginger.

Modified slightly with a little more red pepper flakes and used hot sesame oil. Will definitely make this again.

Dialed up the chilli and this was so yum! Next time will add a tad less brown sugar but otherwise amazing!

Texture and taste was great! It would’ve dried up if I didn’t cover the pan with a lid before serving. Dryness would not be a problem if served immediately.

Super yum! I made it with beyond beef and it was delicious, my kids ate it all up too! I did t put quite the red pepper flake. Next time I might use a bit less sugar and add it as I taste test, but other than that I would t change anything!

So delicious!!! I cut the sugar in half. I like adding red bell and 2 serrano to bulk/spice it up! I use 1.5c dry white rice for 4 servings.

We love this dish. I've made it with both tvp and beyond mince. I prefer the beyond mince as the protein. I steam some broccollini drizzled with sesame oil and seeds as a side. Spicy, sweet salty delicousness!

This turned out great! Even if you used a little less sugar it still tastes great!!

Tastes exactly the way you think it does!! Super simple and quick. I used impossible meat and it came out awesome

This is excellent. Quick meal with great flavors. Used coconut sugar and started with half a cup, then added more to taste since I did not want it too sweet. Used impossible meat and that worked like a charm. Oil-free so missing the hint of seasame but still great and satisfying. Served with perfectly cooked basmati rice

I followed the recipe almost exactly and quite enjoyed it! I did have to cook it longer than the recipe recommended after adding the sauce to get it caramelized. Next time I would add less sugar but I prefer things less sweet.

The flavor was very “Mongolian beef”. My family enjoyed it. We need to try some different brands of veggie crumbles to perfect it.

This is a great dish-warm or cold! Cut the sugar as it is sweet. Will definitely make again!

I used 1 1/2 pkgs of Beyond Beef crumbles and Tamari instead of soy sauce to make the whole meal gluten free. Doubled the amount of tamari (soy sauce) and sesame oil, added sugar, in 1/4 cup increments, to taste, and was generous with red pepper flakes since everyone loves spice. Served on top of jasmine rice with kimchi. Delicious!

Very good quick meal. I made with Quorn mince (closest equivalent in the UK I guessed) and worked great.

Fantastic recipe! I typically reveal to my "meat loving" family that i served them a vegetarian meal after all servings have been accounted. This was a huge hit with all!!!
