- 1 tamari (tbsp)
- 1/2 cup kimchi juice
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 pkg. soft tofu (drained and cut into large cubes)
- 2 green onions (sliced)

It was okay, it’s a little bland for me and also super spicy but that could be do to the brand of kimchi that I used
