Very easy and very good! Served to some picky eaters during Super Bowl and they all loved it. Flavor reminded me of beef jerky but the meat was perfectly tender and very juicy. I used a grill pan to get the sear and then put it in the over for a few minutes to finish since our grill was covered in snow. The marinade will burn if you don't keep an eye on it and flip after a few minutes. Will definitely be making this again.
