Couldn’t find the Korean chili so I got a smoky 6 chili powder. Should have used more. Also no scallions so had green onions. It was more flavorful than I thought it would be (thanks to soy sauce at end). Next time I’ll make sure I’ll have the correct chili then play around from there but nice recipe to have on hand!
