- 1 asian pear (peeled)
- 2 1/2 cups sweet potatoes
- 1 can chickpeas

- 2 tsp. gochujang (paste)
- 1 tsp. salt (to taste)
- 1/2 cup panko (or regular bread crumbs)
- 2 Tbsp. wheat flour
- vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. gochujang (paste, adjust spiciness to taste. You can find gochujang at your local Asian market)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mirin
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 2 tsp. dark sesame oil
