- 1 Asian pear (peeled)

- 1 can chickpeas (rinsed)

- 1 tsp. salt (to taste)
- 1/2 cup panko (or regular bread crumbs)
- 2 Tbsp. wheat flour

- 2 Tbsp. gochujang (paste, adjust spiciness to taste. You can find gochujang at your local Asian market)

- 2 tsp. sugar
