- 2 Tbsp. ginger
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. pepper flakes (gochugahloo 고추가 omit this to reduce the heat)
- 1 Tbsp. sake
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (crushed)
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
