A lot of prep for not a lot of food. The flavor also needed some spice. The sauce was quick and easy though and is probably what will stay in rotation, but with some extra spice

Great, loved the video help with Jett. We enjoy watching him on the many TV cooking shows. Thank you

The recipe was good, though my results weren't great. The beef short ribs i had were very gristly and the long cook time was inconvenient. i guess for someone who's got the 4 hours to prepare, it was good. i didn't realize the veggies the meat was cooked in would all go to waste. we ate some, but not sure what to do with the extra since they got so cooked down. can't bring myself to throw away.

Turned out great! Would definitely make it again definitely needs the Korean chili paste though

This turned out so well! I didn’t want to wait three hours so I did 400 degrees for about 30 mins and it worked out equally as well! Will definetly make again!

What a easy recipe! I made this for dinner; husband and I loved it but 2/3 kids not so much because of brussel sprouts. My husband would love for me to make it again. It was delicious; I started eating it once it came out the oven.

Food required from items list seemed to be many more serving sizes than what the chef used in the video. Food tasted great though!

Difficulty level was really easy, to the braised pork worked well with the pairing of the Brussels and onion.

Whole family loved it! Swapped out the spicy sauce (kids) for a pre-made mild Korean bbq marinade and it was a hit! (I also work at Yummly!)
