I used my iron skillet and probably flipped it too soon so it totally fell apart. But guess what? It was still delicious!!!

I thought they were really tasty but I couldn't get what the author was doing with the egg, because when I tried it it just ran off the sides and burnt, forcing me to take the pancake off the skillet prematurely. But the flavour was still good and I like the addition of soy sauce to the skillet when cooking the scallions.
