i was so preasantly surprised at the amazing flavors and textures this dish had to offer. The turkey had the perfect flavor and cooked with the mushrooms so nicely. The fried egg and sambela olek siracha really finished it off. It proves that a dish can be healthy while also being flavorful, filling, and the least bit boring. Id definitely make again.. its perfect for meal prepping !
