Good recipe but quite bland despite 2 cloves of garlic. Pimped half of the batch with some chilli flakes and fresh chives - vast improvement in flavour. The dipping sauce was ok but I served the first batch with the dipping sauce poured over and some sweet chilli sauce on the side.

Really great flavours (I added a bit of garlic and oregano to mineral) I cooked a large pancake which I’d do again but definitely in a larger pan to make the pancake thinner and crisper

I cooked it with some fresh tuna, was delicious, the dipping sauce is a must, and a bit of hot sauce yum yum
