Really really yummy 😋. I added some 6 pepper spice blend to give it a little more kick, and lits of bell peppers. Definitely a keeper!

Really simple and easy- substituted some other green and colored peppers and it was still delicious. Did use less brown surgar based on taste.

This dish was so delicious. something simple and different. I've been dieting I used cauliflower rice instead of regular rice and that was still so delicious

Quick, easy and delicious dinner. My hubby and I love this and I make it at least 2 or 3 times a month. It also doesn't require a million ingredients to make. Which makes it super quick and easy to make.

Very good and easy to make! I am on a low carb / low sugar diet so I did not add the sugar and used riced cauliflower instead of rice. It was very flavorful and the family really enjoyed it!

I wasn’t so sure about this but I actually liked it. My husband did not care for it at all but I thought it was flavorful and filling. I added a bit of sriracha to it when I added the soy and sugar.

needs a little spice to it. added sriracha... sub rice for more veggies... delicious!

This was pretty fantastic! It has savory tone, with a sweet under bite to it. I added a bit of cayenne pepper to the mix for some extra spice, great thing about this recipe, is that its super quick to make.

Very good! My whole family liked it. It’s something different to do with ground beef.

This Korean style beef is outstanding, the mix between sweet and salty, and beef end vegetables, delicious.

This was good and we will do it again. I saw another review that said there wasn’t much sauce to coat the rice, so I played with the recipe a bit. I added 1 1/2 Tbsp orange juice concentrate, 1/4 C of chicken broth, and corn starch to thicken again. We also added a carton of sliced mushrooms. Our end result was sweet and flavorful. The veggies absorbed the flavor of the brown sugar and soy sauce (I couldn’t taste the orange really).

Fantastic! My husband was raving over the sauce. It will be in the rotation. I used fresh ginger and added a little sriracha for some heat

Absolutely perfect. The family loved it and it tasted better than the Hawaiian BBQ place we got some at previously. This is one of those dishes you want to make again and again!

This recipe was delicious!! I added extra soy, a 1/2 cup of water and a bit more brown sugar and ginger to make a sauce to accompany the yummy ground beef.
