  • 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak
  • 3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed (McCormick Gourmet™ Organic, Toasted)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (McCormick Gourmet™ Organic)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (McCormick Gourmet™ Organic, Ground)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper (McCormick Gourmet™ Organic, Crushed)
  • 2 green onions (thinly sliced)

    Directions

    1. Place steak in freezer 20 minutes. Cut steak lengthwise into 1/4 inch-thick strips
    2. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Place meat in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well
    3. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Thread steak in zig-zag fashion onto skewers
    4. Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until desired doneness
