These were SO good! Some thoughts, it took a long time to cook the sauce down - maybe 20 minutes, so plan accordingly. I dialed the spice down a bit, and it had a nice heat without being too hot. Will 100% make these again.

These are some of the best Wings ever!!
I threw them in my air fryer oven instead of broiling at the end & it was delicious. 2 changes I would make next time to enjoy even more: I’d skip the kosher salt, it was a little too salty, & I would cook the sauce down in a pot or pan to thicken, the instant pot just didn’t get high enough so it didn’t thicken up like I would’ve liked. Can’t wait to make again , the whole family loved!

Flavor was good. I used 1 part water 2 parts soy sauce to tamp down the sodium. Baked the wings first, then crocked them for several hours, then broiled to crisp the skin. Got a little overdone--my fault. 3 and 1/2 stars.
