- 100 grams rib eye steaks (cut into strips)

- 1/4 red capsicum (or bell pepper, 50g, 1.8 ounces – rinsed and julienned)
- 1/2 yellow onion (105g, 3.7 ounces – peeled, rinsed, thinly sliced)
- 100 grams shiitake mushrooms (fresh, – cleaned, stems removed and thinly sliced)
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. rice wine (mirin)
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 extra large eggs (Optional, rinsed, egg white and yolk separated)
- cooking oil (I used rice bran oil.)
