This recipe was perfectly light and tangy. It would be a great side as a pallet cleanser or if you’re just feeling like a little snack. I used regular chili powder and it did the trick just fine.

I think mine would’ve turned out better if I cut the slices thinner and left it to marinate. Though I did also use them in a wrap which added a nice flavor.

very easy to make but I would say add less vinegar and do NOT add sesame oil, it's not in the recipe but i tried it and sesame oil overpowered the whole dish.

It was reaaally easy and good. Did not add anything spicy because not everyone could eat spicy. But still delicious.

Not authentic. Too sweet (and I even cut the sugar to 1/2 TBL). Would not make again

Simplicity is everything when cooking, this dished has that and more, the reason for 4 stars is cause you cant store it for leftovers 😁

Great! I added 1/2 a tsp of chili red pepper to make it have a little of bit more kick! Loved the taste, almost exactly how my grandma made it

I added too much chili powder and red pepper flakes for my husband to enjoy it but I thought it was very tasty. Very easy to whip up.

Super yummy I don't like sesame seeds so I did not use them. Next time I will add a little less sugar
