Forgot it was paleo while making it and probably didn’t make enough “rice” as I should have. Would recommend using an entire bag of them if you’re going to make it for two people.

Fantastic the only thing I would do differently is marinate the cucumber in rice vinegar while it is in the refrigerator . Delicious

Really tasty, I was concerned at the amount of red chilli paste, but it wasn’t too hot at all. Delicious.

Delicious! Made for dinner for me and my husband and definitely satisfied our cravings. I don’t have a spiralizer so the daikon was a bit of work but well worth it.
