Love it!
I have cooked this 5 times now!
I’m my taco I have guacamole, sirasha mayo and coriander.
The flavour is perfect, it’s sour and sweet but very fresh!

These are great! Note that the serving size is one mini-taco, so 12 total servings is maybe for 3-4 people depending on what else you're serving.

It was good, but a little bland. I suggest adding more toppings and playing around with it to find what you like best. My fiancé loved topping it with diced pineapple and mango.
