- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (; divided in half)
- 3 cloves garlic (; minced/grated)
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional and to taste)
- 1 bunch green onions (; divided between white and green parts)
- 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Turned out great subbed the green onion for finely sliced brown onion, browned off the mince. Added a little paprika to the sauce

Pretty great mid-week easy dish. I cut the brown sugar a bit and it was delicious. Made brown rice cooked in bone broth to accompany.

Really good! Made this recipe exactly as followed but used 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Used romaine hearts as it’s all I had on hand, doubled up it worked out pretty well but want to try something different next time.

The whole family loved this! Even the picky teens! We used Bibb lettuce and it wasn’t really strong enough next time I will try a different lettuce and reduce the brown sugar a bit. We will definitely make it again!

So delicious! I can’t wait to make this again. Only thing I would do differently is double the ingredients for more liquid. The flavor was great but there needed to be more sauce to it.

Delicious!! I’ve made this with ground beef and ground chicken and both turned out great although I took everyone’s advice and only used 1/4 cup of brown sugar. I will be adding to my week to week rotation
