Turned out great. Didn’t have soy sauce so I used fish sauce + Worcestershire sauce and cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
Put a fried egg, cilantro, jalapeños, and honey sriracha mayo on top.

Awesome dish to make during the week for the family. super easy to make, it took me about 35 mins from start to finish. I topped it with roasted carrots and broccoli. Also, I added 2 tablespoonsof creamy peanutbutter fo the sauce. Family loved it
