What an easy recipe to prepare and cook. The flavors were delicious. Definitely a keeper in the rotation.
I added a little extra ginger and sriracha because I like having some flavor and it was perfect. I am looking forward to making it again but with ground turkey and maybe some cauliflower rice just to lighten it up.

SO GOOD OMG. Seriously, so easy and simple. It’s not time consuming and tastes GREAT.
