- 1/2 cup brown sugar (I like it sweet so I usually do closer to 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (I use low-sodium)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger (minced, see note)
- 1 tsp. red peppers (crushed, to desired spiciness)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 bunch green onions (diced, don't skip this!)

Great and easy to make. Added zucchini, broccoli, a yellow pepper, and replaced the ground beef by minced beef.

Full of flavour, quick and easy to make. I added sugar snap peas and red pepper which worked out well. We will try this next time with steak strips.

Fabulous. Recipe is 100% on point and needs no additions. The only sub I make is this sliced sirloin instead of ground beef.

Made this for the first time last night and it was super easy to make. Not only was it easy to make but it was very tasty. I used chili powder instead of red pepper (capsicum) and it complemented the dish well. I will definitely make it again.

This recipe was so scrummy!! Am a diabetic so this was so suitable for me!! Yay!!! Love it in lettuce cups too.
