- 1/2 lb. tofu (extra firm tofu, water drained, dried in paper towel for 10 minutes, then cubed)
- tortillas (Wheat or Corn Tortilla for serving)
- 1 cup vegetables (Taco Toppings - like I used mango, red onion, lettuce, cilantro)
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. fish sauce
- 3 garlic (garlic cloves)
- 1/2 Tbsp. ginger
- 3 green onion (white and green parts of 2-3 scallions)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Sriracha
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil (for frying or use oil spray for grilling)
