- 1 kohlrabi (medium/large, peeled and cut julienne style)
- 1 apples (granny, cored, peeled and cut julienne style)
- 15 oz. garbanzo beans (chickpeas, drained & washed)
- 12 oz. vinaigrette (frozen, shelled edamameVinaigrette -This is a simple starting point for this, but you can add or reduce these ingredients as per your taste.)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (cottonseed oil)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
- 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (., you may need more. I added more because I like the lemony flavor.)
- 2 tsp. kosher salt (or sea salt)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
