I made two versions of this on the same night. One for the kids with a mixture of ground beef, ricotta and a little mozzarella inside. The other one was ground beef, onions lots of fresh garlic and cilantro. I didn’t have any plain yogurt so I brushed them with melted butter whipped with egg. Both turned out really well. I used half of a package of phyllo for each one. When I make it again, I will use less to make it more flaky and less time consuming to prepare.
