- 1 mango (peeled, seed removed, and cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
- 2 cucumber (small, cut into 1/2 inch pieces, if the cucumber has thick skin, I would peel it)
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- 4 Tbsp. lime juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 tsp. Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce (or more, if you like it spicy)
- sea salt (to taste, I used about 1/2 tsp.)

Nice! I didn’t have a mango but I had a ripe sweet cantaloupe and I thought the flavors worked well together. Used every ingredient besides the mango. Will make again!

I was delicious! The flavors really came together nicely. I had it over romaine lettuce with blue tortilla chips with strawberries and cherry tomatoes for brunch. I added 1/2 diced serrano pepper as I didn't have the Tabasco sauce handy.
