- 1/2 cup ghee (120g | 4.2oz, melted, store-bought or homemade, you could also use oil)
- 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 cup boiling water (240ml | 8oz)
- 1 Tbsp. coffee granules (instant)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup butter (120g | 4.2oz, at room temperature)
- 3/4 cup corn syrup (180ml | 6oz)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (60ml | 2oz)
- 2 Tbsp. buttermilk (dry)
- 4 cups powdered sugar (480g | 16.9oz)
- icing (Yellow and red colors)
- 1 1/2 cups butter (360g | 12.7oz, at room temperature)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (300ml | 14oz)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract (store-bought or homemade)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar (90g | 3.2oz)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (60g | 2.1oz)
- 2 1/4 cups dark chocolate (or, 340g | 12oz finely chopped unsweetened, melted, depending on how dark you like your chocolate)
- 10 kit (I needed 38 sticks total)
- 2 cups eggs (350g | 12.3oz mini)
