overall cupcakes were good. thought they could have been a little more moist, but that was most likely in part of me pulling them out 2mins too late. 4 star rating is really because of the frosting i followed the recipe exact but it was tasting too buttery so I had to tweak it by adding more confectioner sugar and caramel. (i used store bought caramel). i liked the idea thought it was fun. most likely will bake these cupcakes again using modifications. i baked the cupcakes for 17mins next time I will try 15mins.
