I just made these last night for my boyfriend! I left the cookie batter in the pan overnight after I took it out of the oven to cool. This morning I cut them and they were still perfectly gooey on the inside and soft; yet lightly golden and firm on the outside. A FREAKING WIN LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!
