- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 red onion (sliced thinly)
- 2 sticks celery (sliced)
- 100 grams kale (roughly chopped)
- 100 grams green beans (chopped)
- 3 cms ginger (grated)
- 3 garlic cloves (grated or finely chopped)
- 1 chilli (bird's eye, seeds/membranes removed and chopped finely, or more to taste)
- 600 grams king prawns
- 2 Tbsp. tamari (/soy sauce, plus extra for serving)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (chopped, or lovage if you can get it!)
