Absolutely amazing recipe. I have never had scallops in my life but I really enjoy the texture and flavor of the mushroom scallops. The pasta sauce was also delightful. The only thing is after reading other comments I used only about a teaspoon of crushed red peppers instead of a tablespoon and it was still too spicy. I really think it may be an error because it would be impossible for most people to eat 1/2 tablespoon of crushed peppers in one serving of food.
