- 3 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. erythritol (confectioners, if you don't have this, simply pulse granular erythritol in a food processor until it resembles powdered sugar)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 6 tsp. erythritol (granular, divided)
- 2 drops yellow food coloring
- 2 drops green food coloring
- 1 drop red food coloring
- 1 drop food coloring (blue)
