- 2 Tbsp. kimchi (liquid, from the bottom of the jar)
- 1 Tbsp. gochujang
- 2 Tbsp. groundnut oil
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 200 grams shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
- 200 grams kimchi (ideally more mature and funky tasting kimchi, drained and roughly chopped)
- 2 spring onions (finely chopped)
- 2 eggs (fried or boiled)
