Such a tasty stew! This is going to be my monthly dish, for sure.
I did a few tweaks, no meat, but I didnt realize I didnt have tofu. I just added whatever veggies I had on hand to go with the red kimch. Like yellow potatoes, white onions, carrots. The sprouts I added in when you would add the Tofu, sense sprouts dont need long to cook and absorb flavor. Green onions instead of scallions.
And I only had chili pepper flakes.
Overall it still came out quite deliciously. I can't wait to try it again with all the recommended ingredients! 😍

Easy to follow! I recommend adding a touch of sugar to neutralize the sourness from the kimchi to balance out the flavour. Added gochujang for a slight kick!
